HIGH/LOW LIMIT COMPARATOR OUTPUT
T1: 4ms(Max) ...................... A delay time required, starting from the time when the input value exceeds
the high limit comparative value preset on the comparator until the high
limit output becomes ON.
T2: 4ms (Max) ..................... A delay time required, starting from the time when the input value lowers
by the hysteresis width from the high limit comparative value preset on the
comparator until the high limit output becomes OFF.
T3: 4ms(Max) ...................... A delay time required, starting from the time when the input value exceeds
