5-1 CONTROL INPUT (HOLD, RESET, ZERO)
T1: 4ms(Max) ...................... A period of time required for starting the HOLD operation starting from the
[HOLD] signal ON.
T2: 4ms(Max) ...................... When it is in peak hold mode and arbitrary point hold mode, a period of
time required for canceling the HOLD operation starting from the [HOLD]
signal OFF.
T3: 4ms(Max) ...................... When it is in block specified hold mode and time specified hold mode, a
period of time required for canceling the HOLD operation starting from the
[RESET] signal ON.
