"CHECK" switch, "CHECK" LED
The "Check" switch is for checking the sensor and is available in Command Mode.
The bridge resistance value to be used must be entered in the Setting Software.
If using the MRS-104A-S (4ch-Strain Transmitter), MRS-101A-S (1ch-Strain Transmitter) or MRS-101A-SE
(1ch-Strain Transmitter (EXT Antenna))
Pressing the switch produces approxi2.5 V of analog output from the receiver for five seconds.
Perform checking after successful Balance adjustment (after pressing the "BAL" switch).
In the case of the MRS-104A-S (4ch-Strain Transmitter), the measurement channels with the sensor check are
implemented.
In the case of the MRS-101A-S (1ch-Strain Transmitter) or MRS-101A-SE (1ch-Strain Transmitter (EXT
Antenna)), only CH1 is implemented. (CH2 to CH4 are not implemented.)
• When the sensor check is successful:
1) When the "CHECK" switch is pressed, both the "CHECK" LED and "DATA" LED light up in green.
2) After the "DATA" LED turns off, the "CHECK" LED turns off and checking ends.
While the "CHECK" LED is lit in green, approxi2.5 V of analog output is produced from the
receiver for five seconds.
• When the sensor check fails (due to poor sensor connection, etc.):
1) When the "CHECK" switch is pressed, the "CHECK" LED lights up in red and "DATA" LED in green.
2) After the "DATA" LED turns off, the "CHECK" LED turns off and checking ends.
Analog output from the receiver does not change.
• If a wireless communication error occurs when checking starts:
1) The "CHECK" LED flashes twice.
2) The "DATA" LED lights up in red, and the buzzer sounds.
(The buzzer does not sound if "MUTE" is off.)
3) Both the "CHECK" LED and "DATA" LED turn off, and the operation ends without checking.
