Transporting the Rework System
4.7 Transporting the Rework System
Before transporting the Rework System to another location:
a) In tab [Administrationopen dialog [Device options]. Click button [Move to
transport position]

The heating head is driven to a safe position to avoid transport damages.
b) Finish the HRSoft 2 program. If the HRS file was changed, the question will ap-
pear as to whether the change should be saved.
c) Shut down the PC and turn the Rework System off using the main switch.
Screw in the transport fastenings before transportation:
a) Place both the heating head and the Visionbox in central position.
b) Lever out the sealing plug on the machine upper side (1) through a sharp-edge
tool.

Use the shipping/restraining bolts and the shims (2), which were screwed in, when
the Rework System was delivered.
a) Screw in the shipping/restraining bolt on the Rework System upper part (3).
b) Screw in the shipping/restraining bolt between the heating head and the Vis-
ion-Box (4).
c) Use the original packing for shipping the Rework System.
