Moving the guide wheel to working position
ü
The machine is in the working position.
„
Lightly raise the lower link.
„ Shut down and safeguard the machine, see Page 24 .
„
Hold the guide wheel at the ball knob (1) or at the handle (4).
„ Remove the spring cotter pin (3) and pull out the bolt (2).
„
Remove the spring cotter pin (3) and pull out the bolt (6).
„ Hold the guide wheel at the ball knob (1) or at the handle (4) and move it until the required
position in the perforated bar is reached.
„
Mount the bolt (2) and secure it with the spring cotter pins (3).
„ Position the stop (5) on the guide wheel support and secure it with the bolt (6) and the
spring cotter pin.
The stop (5) allows the previous working depth to be set directly when the machine is used
again.
„ Lower the lower links.
Moving the guide wheel to transport position
ü The machine is in the transport position.
„
Shut down and safeguard the machine, see Page 24 .
„
Hold the guide wheel at the ball knob (1) or at the handle (4).
„
Remove the spring cotter pin (3) and pull out the bolt (2).
„
Hold the guide wheel at the ball knob (1) or at the handle (4) and move it to the highest
position.
„
Mount the bolt (2) and secure it by means of the spring cotter pin (3).
