Blocked position for articulated drawbar
(on request)

4. The swath should be even, loose and not too thick.
5. Avoid excessive pressing. Switch advance on soon
enough.
With green forage and beet leaves, switch the floor
conveyor on when the load has reached a height of
approx. 1 m in the wagon.
6. The travelling speed when loading must be adapted
to the swath size, the crop and the number of
blades.
7. When loading is finished allow the conveyor unit to
continue to operate and raise the pick-up. Then
switch the PTO shaft off.
8. If malfunctions occur, the loading sequence can be
reversed using the supplied multi-purpose key (see
photo).
Never leave the multi-purpose key on the
drive shaft after the malfunction has
been rectified. Always return it to the key
holder provided.
9. Blockages in the conveyor and cutting units usually
result from excessive compression or high loading.
It is often sufficient to operate the floor conveyor, to
allow the conveyor movements to operate freely
again.
If the wagon is equipped with hydraulic blade 0-
switching, the blockage can almost always be
eliminated by switching the blades out.
10. Ensure that the permissible total weight indicated
on the type plate is not exceeded.
11. With dry crops the hoop (1) can be removed.
12. The articulated drawbar can be blocked with the
shut-off cock. Before parking the wagon, retract
pick-up cylinders and articulated drawbar cylinders.
For on-road driving, for reasons of safety, the
articulated drawbar must be in the lowest position
and the articulated drawbar line must be closed
with the shut-off cock.
