Instructions for hydraulic operation with
the ball cock panel
The forage wagon is equipped with a hydraulic ball cock
panel (2), which allows the hydraulic functions of the
wagon to be preselected. Thus the respective switching
function required is preselected by operating the
corresponding ball cock. The tractor valve is then switched
to "pressure" until the function has been carried out. It is
only possible to switch one function at a time, so the other
cocks must be in 0-position.
While the wagon is being loaded, the cock for pick-up
operation remains switched on and the tractor hydraulics
are switched to lower or float position, so that the pick-up
can move freely.
Putting the hydraulic system into operation
with ball cock panel
(Titan 4/25 L only)
1. Couple tractor and universal drive shaft as described.
2. Attach the storage pocket (1) for the ball cock panel (2)
on the mud guard of the tractor.
3. Insert the ball cock panel (2) on the mud guard. Ensure
safe positioning of the cables.
4. After cleaning couplings and plugs, connect pressure
and tank lines to tractor.

Connecting to the tractor
1. Hydraulic connection
Connect the pressure hose NW 15 (red protective cap)
and the return hose NW 18 (blue protective cap) to a
double-acting tractor valve with pressureless return or to
a single-acting connection with pressureless return
connection.
When mounting the storage pocket (1)
to the tractor, make sure that the
hydraulic hoses (3) are positioned 1
meter or more away from the driver.
Attention! Only test the hydraulics at
normal harvesting temperatures. At very
low temperatures the oil is very viscous
and all functions react correspondingly
slowly.
When driving on roads, all ball cocks
must be shut (0-position).
