9.3.4. To reduce the influence of connecting wires and connectors on the measurement results, it is
necessary to calibrate.
Note. It is allowed to perform calibration once for modes

Note. To measure the reflection coefficient

, you must use a directional coupler or measuring
bridge (not included). In our example in figure 19, the
KROKS KSB 2700
measuring bridge is specifically
designed for use with ARINST spectrum analyzers.
9.3.5. Connect the output of the signal generator (1)
