Technical description
These models are intended for professional use.
Characteristics:

Single or double plate crêpe maker on a stainless steel frame
•
Machined cast iron plate(s) certified food-safe, diameter 35 cm, 40 cm or 48 cm
•
Powered by 2,500 W to 4,800 W per plate
•
1 to 3 coil heating elements per plate, ensuring uniform heat distribution
•
Thermostat control thanks to a dial marked from 50°C to 300°C for very precise temperature
control
•
One white heat indicator light for each heating zone
•
On/Off switch directly built into the control dial on the following models: CTRO3, CTRO4EA,
CTRO4, CTRO5, CTCA3, CTCA4, CTCA7, CTCA8
•
Three or four plastic feet depending on the model ensure perfect stability on the work
surface
Installation
Work surface
Choose a clean work surface on which to place this appliance. A minimum 20 cm distance should be
maintained between the appliance and any surfaces that are not heat-resistant. For optimum user
comfort, the top of the plates must be positioned between 85 cm and 95 cm off the ground.
If this appliance must be placed in close proximity to a wall, partition, kitchen furniture, decorative
borders, etc., they should be made of non-flammable material. Otherwise, they must be covered in
an appropriate heat insulating, non-combustible material, with particular attention paid to fire
prevention regulations.
Electrical connection
The appliances must be connected to a single-phase 220-240V mains power supply, a two-pin socket
+ a 16 Amp earth contact. Appliances are delivered with an HO7RN-F type power cable with three
conductor cores (phase + n earth) of 1.5 mm² cross-sectional area.
Appliances that are specified as 400V must be connected to a 20A three-phase + n earth
socket. These appliances are delivered with an HO7RN-F type power cable with 5 conductor cores (3
phase + n earth) of 1.5 mm² cross-sectional area.
