System status:
• TH (green): Overtemperature Status, when remains lit during boot-up, it
indicates a power failure.
• WD (green): Watchdog, when remains lit during boot-up, it indicates a PCI
reset is active.

Watchdog
Software configurable two-stage watchdog with programmable timeout ranging
