Check the position difference of the back
side among the back side images of the
second and third output that were output
after the magnification adjustment is
completed.
The black line in the figure shows the back side,
and the blue dashed line shows the other side
(front side).
When the position of the front side image and the
back side image differs, input the adjustment
value in [Up/Down] (crosswise direction) and
[Right/Left] (paper feed direction).
To move the image up or to the right, enter the
value with a positive mark (+). To move the image
down or to the left, enter the value with a negative
mark (–).
Example of adjusting the image position:
When the back side is misaligned to the front side
by 0.5 mm down and 0.3 mm to the right, enter
[+0.5 mm] in [Up/Down], and [-0.3 mm] in
[Right/Left].
Tips
The adjustment value changes 0.1 mm on a 1-step basis.
Adjustment range: [Up/Down] –10.0 to +10.0, [Right/Left]
–3.0 to +3.0

After the adjustment is completed, press
[OK].

Output about 3 sheets of the same job data that you output in step 1 from the same
tray.

Check the image position difference of the back side of the jobs that are output as the
second and third sheet.
Repeat from step 13 to step 15 until all image position difference are cleared.
When all image position difference are cleared, exit the adjustment.
