Registering Program Destinations

Program destinations can be registered. Only one destination can be 
registered in a program. Up to 400 destinations can be registered in program 
destinations, including fax program destinations. (If the optional hard disk 
drive is not installed, up to 200 destinations can be registered.)

To register a program destination

In the Scan screen, touch [3 Program]. (Refer to "To display the Scan 
screen" on page 4-6 for more details.)

Touch the button for the desired program number.

Touch [Edit].

The Program Setting screen appears.

Touch [Name] and type in the name using the keyboard that appears 
on the screen.

5

Touch [OK].
