Adjust the time for the internal clock of the machine.
On the left side of the screen is indicated the current time in the order
of year, month, day, hour, and minute.
– Touch [Year] to highlight it, then enter the current year using the
control panel keypad.
– Similarly, touch each key to highlight the digits before entering the
month, day, hour, and minute.

Set the Time Zone.
This setting is provided in order to give the time difference information
when an e-mail is received.
– Use [+] and [–] in the Time Zone area to specify the time difference
between the Universal time and the local time in the machine set-
ting area.
Touching [+] will increase the time by 30 minutes, while [–] decreas-
es by 30 minutes. (e.g. Touch [–] six times to display “-0300” for six
hours later than the Universal time.)

Touch [OK] to complete the setting.
– To cancel the change, touch [Cancel].
In either case, the System Setting Screen will be restored.

If further changes are required, touch the desired key.

Note
The Date/Time Setting can be accessed also from the User Setting
Screen if the Administrator Security Level in the Administrator Setting is
set to Level 2.
