EQUIPMENT FOR WIDE SPREADING (TOP DRY)
The mower conditioners are fitted with equipment for wide spreading which makes it
possible to spread the crop instead of laying a swath in order to optimise the drying.

The equipment consists of a plate which is mounted behind the conditioner rotor.
When normal swathing is wanted, the plate must be folded up and the handle must
be in position

During wide spreading the crop is thrown from the conditioner rotor against the plate
which leads the crop towards the ground. Thereby the crop is laid in the full width of
the conditioner.
