DISCONNECTION OF THE MACHINE
The machine is parked on firm and even ground.
DANGER:
Stop the engine and remove the ignition key before working on
the machine.
GXS 9005 (P) should, if possible, always be disconnected in the working position. In
this way the machine is parked safely.
If you wish to save space when parking the machine, GXS 9005 (P) can also be
parked in transport position. This should take place on steady and even ground in a
place where the machine is protected against wind and weather. Due to the high
centre of gravity, there is a risk that wind gusts, large amounts of snow, soft ground
etc. might cause the machine to overturn.
Fig. 2.9
When the machine has been placed in the desired position, all hydraulic outlets must
be set to floating position.
Raise the tractor’s link arms, until the supports can be
lowered. Secure the front support in the bottom position with spring pin and lower the
rear support by pulling the two locking pins. Make sure that the two locking pins are
reengaged!
The link arms are lowered until the supports rest safely on the ground. Disconnect
the top link.
The hitch hooks on the tractor’s link arms are released and the link arms
are lowered until the pins are free.
All hydraulic stop cocks are closed and the hydraulic hoses are disconnected from
the tractor and placed in the holders at the left- and right-hand side of the
suspension.
The PTO shaft is disconnected and placed in the holder.
