Observe that the Control Panel opens.

In the

Control Panel

dialog box, under

Appearance and Personalization

, select

Adjust screen resolution

Change the display settings.

Make sure that the correct display is shown.

Change the resolution to maximum permitted resolution for the display.

Select

Observe that the screen resolution changes.

If you are satisfied with the new resolution, select

Keep changes

in the

acknowledge dialog box.

Click the [

] in the top right corner to close the Control Panel.

This procedure is made for the Microsoft

Windows

10 operating system.

In the bottom-left corner of your desktop, select the Windows

Start

button.

On the menu, select

Settings

Observe that the

Windows Settings

dialog box opens.

Select

System

in the top left corner of the

Windows Settings

dialog box.

On the left side of the dialog box, select

Display

Change the display settings.

Make sure that the correct display is shown.

Change the resolution to maximum permitted resolution for the display.

Select

Observe that the screen resolution changes.

If you are satisfied with the new resolution, select

Keep changes

in the

acknowledge dialog box.
