STOP ENGINE BEFORE CARRYING OUT INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

q

Stop the machine on firm, level ground.

q

Select a place where there is no hazard of falling rocks or
landslides, or of flooding if the land is low.

q

Lower the work equipment completely to the ground and
stop the engine.

q

Operate the blade control lever 2-3 times to the RAISE and
LOWER positions to release the remaining pressure in the
hydraulic circuit, then set work equipment lock lever to the
LOCK position.

q

Put blocks under the track to prevent the machine from
moving.
