Lever (7) is used to raise or tilt the blade.

Blade is stopped and held in this position.

Blade will move freely according to external force.

REMARK

When the lever is in the FLOAT position and it is released, it
will not return automatically to the HOLD position, so return it
by hand.
When starting the engine, set the blade control lever to the
HOLD position. If it is in the FLOAT position, the engine will not
start.
