Tools
Depending on the required setting:
u
Engage a manual wrench tool to turn the wheel from the turning device which drives the
flywheel gear rim.
u
Turn the engine flywheel to the required position or as long needed by turning the wrench.
u
Disengage the manual wrench each time you stop to turn.
At the end of the setting:
u
Dismount the turning device and mount the cover on the flywheel housing.
u
Tighten the turning device cover bolts according to standard torques values.
Unmount the turning device
WARNING
Risk of injuries by ejected tools or turning devices parts.
Keeping the turning device screwed on the flywheel housing could result in death or serious injuries
by tool ejection or break of turning device.
u
Dismount immediately the turning device and mount the cover on the flywheel housing.

To dismount the turning device:

Unscrew screws

Remove turning device

u
Position cover

.
u
Mount and tighten screws
4
according to standard torques values.
