Remove the retaining plate

from the injector.
u
Push the teflon ring

outwards to disconnect the diesel exhaust fluid inlet line.
Information
Make sure that dust cannot go into the system.
u
Discard the injector, and the injector gasket.
Installation

Clean the sealing surface on the reactor.
Information
The sealing surface between injector and reactor must be clean to avoid gas leakage.
u
Apply high temperature grease on the screws.
