3. SERIAL CONTROL
INTERFACE:
To change settings:
1. BAUD RATE
1200, 2400, 4800,
9600, or 19200
Select between baud rates.
2. NUMBER OF DATA BITS
7 or 8
Select the data bit settings for selected
value.
3. NUMBER OF STOP BITS
1 or 2
Select the stop bit setting for selected
value.
4. PARITY
ODD, EVEN, or
NONE
Select the parity setting between selections.
5. DELIMITER
Comma or space.
Select between options, for host
requirements to separate DZO commands.
6. IGNORE LATE ACK/NAK
ON or OFF.
Set to ON if the host device is a
Kodak
PACS Link 9410 ACQUISITION SYSTEM.

Date of install:

parameter in the “General Setup” menu.
7. MEMORY MANAGEMENT
A = 4.0 MB
B = 4.0 MB
Partition memory across 2 INPUT
MODULES as necessary. If only 1
MODULE is used, all memory should be set
to it. See paragraph 2--6 for setting up
memory parameters.
8. CALIBRATION ENABLE
ON or OFF
Leave at ON (default). Allows a calibration
to be done when the film TRAY is inserted,
if a print is requested after the IMAGER is
not used for 8 hours, and when the
IMAGER is energized.
9. MODULE ID
Input module can
be renamed for the
local display.
Provide the INPUT MODULE with another
name, not more than 8 characters, if
necessary. Use the instructions in the
“Module ID” menu.
10. EXPOSURES
None.
Do not change. The exposure number
indicates the total film count processed by
the CPU BOARD in the IMAGER.
