2. Check that the unit address of each DEVICE is set, and the last DEVICE in the line is terminated.
3. If no DEVICES are connected to P5, set the internal termination ON using the menu for “Termination
Options” in Table 2-1.
4. If there are no external DEVICES connected to the IMAGER, terminate P4 on the SCSI INPUT
MODULE with an external terminator and terminate P5 using the menu for “Termination Options” in
Table 2-1.

NETWORK INPUT MODULES
1. Check that the NETWORK INPUT MODULE is installed in the top (A) position in the IMAGER.
Note
If the MODULE is not installed in the top slot, the IMAGER de-energizes.
2. Connect the 10BaseT NETWORK CABLE to the INPUT MODULE.
Note
•
The BNC CONNECTOR on the NETWORK INPUT MODULE does not operate at this time.
•
If the MODALITY provides only 10Base2 Thin-Net , a CONVERTER (e.g., a MINI-HUB) is
necessary to change from 10Base2 to10BaseT. The MINI-HUB can be purchased locally.
