Each product and its packaging are usually marked with a specific production lot number (LOT) and a
reference number (REF). Please always indicate LOT and REF in case of a complaint.
The implant components used can be documented in the patient file with their item numbers, item
descriptions and LOT and/or serial numbers. Only documentation of the serial numbers ensures clear
traceability of the implants used.

Scope of Delivery
The scope of delivery consists of variable user-defined configurations and the present Instructions for Use.
