  モータケースの着脱

 

12 Motor Case 

12-1  取り外し 

12-1 Removing of motor case 

メンテナンス等でモータケースを取り外

す必要がある場合には下記の要領で行って
下さい。

 

Go by the following point when you must 
remove a motor case by the maintenance and 
so on.

 

1) モータケース③のカバー①を外し、モー

タ及びソレノイドバルブ等の電気機器か
らの配線、更にはソレノイドバルブとモ
ータケース間の配管を全て外します。 

2) モータケース③をべース②に縫い付けて

いる六角穴付きボルト④を緩めて、モー
タケース③を持ち上げるようにしてゆっ
くりと外して下さい。 

 

1) Remove the cover 

 on the motor case 

 and remove the wiring of electric 

apparatuses of the motor, solenoid value, 
etc., and also, remove all piping between 
the solenoid valves and the motor case. 

2) Loosen hexagon socket head cap screws 

 which fix the motor case 

 on the 

base 

 and remove the motor case 

slowly with its motor case 

 raised. 

 

注 意

 

 

 

CAUTION 

 

モータケース③及びカバー①を再度取付

ける場合には、○リングが損傷しない様に慎
重に取付けて下さい。 

Oリングが損傷しますと切削水が浸入す

る恐れがあります。

 

When reassembling the motor case 

 and 

the cover 

, take extreme care so that the 

O-rings will not be damaged.   

If the O-rings are damaged, coolant may be 
entered.

12-2 Waterproof measures 

外部からの切削液の侵入を防ぐ為に、モー

タケース③の取付面、モータケース③とカバ
ー①の接合部に○リングを使用しています。

 

To prevent the motor from coolant 
penetration, O-rings are used to the 
mounting face on the motor case 

 and 

the connection part between the motor case 

 and the cover
