Response message
Returns the current setting in response to DEL:MOD? in charac-
ters (AUT or MAN).
ERROR? (ERR?)
Queries the error code from the error queue.
Program message

Query message: ERROR?
ERR?
Response message
Returns the current error code in response to ERR?.
(Example) When the error is a syntax error.
Returns –11.
