Queries the PLL circuit status.

PLL:STAT?
Response message
Returns the PLL circuit status (LOCK or UNLOCK) in response
to PLL:STAT?.
RF:TRIGGER:EDGE (RF:TRIG:EDG)
Sets the trigger edge polarity of the RF INPUT. Or, queries the
current setting.
