include the variable data on a MediaCreator page (.pag) we must use TEXT SUBSTITUTIONS

The detailed use of Text Substitution is covered in the MXA manual.  In general though, under
the TEXT SUBSTITUTION tab, click ADD NEW VARIABLE.  A default variable will appear
in the editor window at the current cursor position.  This needs to be changed to the actual
variable you desire by using the drop down arrow on the Text Substitution tab.
