9. 1 Maintenance

Les opérations de maintenance sur le séparateur doivent
être exécutées par une personne compétente 1) tous le six
mois.
Outre les taches de l'élimination des déchets, il faut exécuter
les travaux suivants :
- Contrôle des surfaces de cloison du débourbeur et du
séparateur ,
- Contrôle de fonctionnement des systèmes électriques et
des installations, si disponibles.
- Les contrôles et les travaux exécutes doivent être évalués
et reportes dans le journal d'entreprise.

Pour autant que présents, les blocs fonctionnels élec-
tromécaniques, tels que pompes, soupapes, organes d'ob-
turation, etc. doivent être contrôles deux fois par an selon
les indications du fabricant.
9.2 Contrôle (inspection générale)
Avant la mise en service puis a l'issue, a intervalles réguliers
mais au maximum tous les 5 ans, le séparateur, après vidage
complet préalable et nettoyage, doit être contrôlé par un
spécialiste 2) qui vérifiera son état réglementaire et son bon
fonctionnement.
De plus, il faut au moins contrôler et / ou inventorier les
points suivants:
- Dimensionnement du séparateur a graisse
- Etat constructif et étanchéité du séparateur
- Etat des cloisons internes des éléments de montage et des
installations électriques, si présentes
- Vérification de la conduite d'entrée du séparateur y compris
la conduite de ventilation
- Intégrité et plausibilité des enregistrements dans le journal
d'entreprise
- Preuve de l'élimination réglementaire des déchets retires
du séparateur.
- Présences et intégrité des agréments nécessaires et des
documents (autorisations, plans de drainage, modes d'em-
ploi et directives de maintenance)
Une fois le contrôle exécuté, il faut rédiger un rapport de
contrôle qui indiquera les manques éventuels. Si des défauts
ont
été constates, ceux-ci doivent être éliminés immédiatement.
1) Est considéré comme "compétent" tout employé de l'ex-
ploitant ou d'un tiers qui en raison de sa formation, de ses
connaissances et de son expérience obtenue par l'activité
pratique, est en mesure d'exécuter convenablement des
évaluations ou des contrôles dans le domaine respectif.
La personne compétente peut acquérir la compétence pour
l'exploitation et la maintenance des séparateurs, en suivant
un stage de formation que dispensent par exemple les fabri-
cants correspondants, les unions professionnelles, les
chambres des métiers mais aussi en participant aux stages
dans la technique des séparateurs proposes par les orga-
nismes d'experts.
2) Les personnes spécialistes sont des collaborateurs d'en-
treprises indépendantes, des experts ou d'autres institutions
qui disposent manifestement des connaissances spéciales
nécessaires pour l'exploitation, la maintenance et le contrôle
des séparateurs. Dans certains cas particuliers, pour de
grandes unités d'exploitation, ces contrôles peuvent être
également exécutés par des experts indépendants et non
lies a l'entreprise et disposant de la même qualification et du
même équipement technique.
Les postes qualifies sont des entreprises spécialisées indé-
pendantes ou d'autres institutions dont les collaborateurs
ont manifestement les connaissances spéciales nécessaires
pour l'exploitation, la maintenance et le contrôle des sépara-
teurs dans le volume cite ici mais aussi disposant de l'équi-
pement technique d'appareil pour contrôle les séparateurs.
Dans des cas isolés, au sein de plus grandes entreprises,
ces contrôles peuvent être exécutes par des spécialistes in-
ternes a l'entreprise, dans le cadre de leur domaine d'emploi
et possédant la même qualification et le même équipement
technique
Pour simplifier l’insertion des bulles pour le test d’étanchéité,
si nécessaire, installer une trappe de visite avant le sépara-
teur.
