Podczas składowania przejściowego separatora
oraz do zakończenia prac montażowych należy
podjąć na placu budowy odpowiednie środki
bezpieczeństwa, aby zapobiec wypadkom oraz
uszkodzeniu separatora.
Przestrzegać rozdziału Wskazówki bezpieczeństwa!
5.1 Warunki zabudowy
Zabudowy mogą dokonywać wyłącznie firmy
posiadające doświadczenie fachowe, odpowiedni sprzęt
i urządzenia oraz wystarczająco przeszkolony personel.
Zbadać cechy podłoża pod względem przydatności
techniczno-budowlanej (Klasyfikacja gleb dla celów
techniczno-budowlanych DIN 18196). Sprawdzić
maksymalnie występujący poziom wód gruntowych.
Konieczne jest wystarczające odprowadzenie (drenaż)
wód
przesiąkających
w
przypadku
gleb
przepuszczających wodę. Stwierdzić występujące
rodzaje obciążeń, takie jak maksymalne obciążenia
ruchome, oraz głębokość zabudowy. Separatory do
zabudowy w ziemi należy zabudować na zewnątrz
budynków jak najbliżej kanałów odbierających ścieki. W
razie potrzeby przewody przyłączeniowe dopływów
separatora należy ułożyć w sposób izolowany termicznie
lub zaopatrzyć je w ogrzewane. Zastosować nasady
teleskopowe, aby osiągnąć wymaganą, chronioną przed
mrozem głębokość zabudowy oraz łatwe dopasowanie
do przewodu dopływowego i odpływowego (kanału).
Włazy dla klas obciążeń A / B / D chronią przed
przedostawaniem się nieprzyjemnych zapachów i
odpowiadają normie EN 124.
Do przypływu i odpływu separatora wolno podłączać rury
ściekowe i kształtki wykonane z:
- polichlorku winylu (PCV-U) wg DIN EN 1401-1 w
połączeniu z DIN 19534-3,
- polietylenu (PE) wg DIN EN 12666-1 w połączeniu z
DIN 19537-3 lub
- polipropylenu (PP) wg DIN EN 1852-1
Zasadniczo należy przestrzegać wymogów norm DIN
EN 124 i DIN EN 476.
Muszą one być łatwe dostępne do czyszczenia i
konserwacji. Zabrania się stosowania blokowanych lub
wentylowanych włazów.
Przepompowni lub pomp nie wolno zabudowywać na
dopływie do separatora. W razie konieczności należy je
zainstalować za separatorem. Firma KESSEL zaleca do
bezpiecznej eksploatacji instalacji wykonanie występu i
dodatkowy montaż urządzenia ostrzegawczego.
Konieczne warunki montażowe należy stworzyć przez
wypełnieniem wykopu. Separator należy zabudować w
taki sposób, aby górna krawędź włazów znajdowała się
wystarczająco wysoko względem miarodajnego poziomu
skanalizowanej powierzchni (patrz rys. 1).
techniczne). Jeżeli nie da się zachować tego
przewyższenia, należy zamontować urządzenie
ostrzegawcze dla cieczy lekkich.
Separator gotowy do pracy
Separator cieczy lekkich należy chronić przed
podpiętrzeniem od strony kanału.
Firma KESSEL zaleca podjęcie następujących środków
ostrożności:
Ważne informacje:
Wpływy atmosferyczne lub ochłodzenie zbiornika
podczas fazy zabudowy (podczas napełniania zimną
wodą) mogą w przypadku cystern, zabudowanych w
ziemi separatorów i domowych instalacji oczyszczania
ścieków prowadzić do odchyleń od danych podanych w
katalogu. Z tego względu przed zabudową należy
sprawdzić przede wszystkim dane dotyczące wysokości
pod kątem rzeczywistych wymiarów.
