IN A FEW STEPS TO PERFECT PREPARATION
WHITE RICE (Weißer Reis)
MIXED RICE (Gemischer Reis)
QUICK RICE (Quick Reis)
The maximum amount of white rice is 4 measuring cups (1 cup is about 150g
rice) and the default time in the white rice program is 50 minutes, the cooking
time will change slightly depending on the voltage, rice amount, water
amount, water temperature and rice quality.
The recommended ratio of rice to water is 1:1.
Depending on the type of rice used, use the information in the table above or
the cooking instructions on the packaging of the type of rice you are using as
a guide.
The maximum amount of white rice in the Quick program is 4 measuring cups, and the
default time is 35 minutes, the cooking time will change slightly depending on the
voltage, amount of rice, amount of water, water temperature and quality of rice.
The maximum rice amount of mixed rice is 4 measuring cups, adjusted to the
different ingredients. Possible combinations below:
1. Combination of white rice and brown rice, ratio 2:1 or 1:1 (2 parts white rice, 1
part brown rice or 1 part white rice, 1 part brown rice)
2. Combination of white rice + brown rice + various
Beans, 2:1:1 ratio (2 parts white rice, 1 part brown rice, 1 part beans)
3. Combination of white rice + brown rice + potatoes, ratio is
2:1:1 (2 parts white rice, 1 part brown rice, 1 part potatoes)
4. Combination of white rice + brown rice + various
Beans + potatoes ratio is 2:1:1:1 (2 parts white rice, 1 part brown rice, 1 part
beans, 1 part potatoes).
If you want mixed rice to taste sweeter and more delicious, you can also add
peanuts, sesame seeds, raisins, dates and other ingredients.
