IN A FEW STEPS TO PERFECT PREPARATION

With the cooking program you can sear food (it takes about 10 minutes until the pot is heated
to over 100°C) and steam it with the optionally available ceramic steamer insert (minimum
steaming time is 15 minutes). Rice can be cooked in the pot and steamed with the steamer at
the same time. The cooking program is also suitable for soups and stews.
The standard time for the cooking program is 25 minutes, the time setting jumps by 5 minutes
each time you press the rice quantity button until 1 hour is reached. Then every 30 minutes:
1.5 hours, 2 hours, 2.5 hours 3 hours, 3.5 hours, 4 hours, 4.5 hours and 5 hours.
After cooking, the LED flashes and the keep-warm mode is automatically activated for 2
hours.
Attention: When you select the boiling function, do not add more water than the maximum
water level mark in the ceramic pot, otherwise it may cause short circuit due to overboiling.
The inner lid is not required for the cooking program and must be removed. Only use the outer
lid to boil soup, steam or fry food.
The cooking program can also be used to prepare potatoes and pasta. The maximum
capacity is 1.5 on the scale. For potatoes and pasta, please also use the inner and outer lids,
as these prevent the water from foaming over.
To start the rice porridge function, the rice quantity must be selected:
1. For 0.5 scoops of rice, the standard cooking time is 70 minutes, and the standard amount
of water is 3.6 scoops of water (650 ml).
(Tips: Put 0.5 measuring cup of rice in the ceramic pot and then add water until it reaches to
0.5 water level scale for rice porridge in the pot)
2. For 1 scoop of rice, the default time is 80 minutes and the default amount of water is 5.5
scoops of water (980 ml).
(Tips: Put 1 measuring cup of rice in the ceramic pot and then add water until it reaches to
1.0 liter water level scale for rice porridge in the pot)
3. For 1.5 scoops of rice, the default time is 90 minutes, and the maximum amount of water
is 8,4 scoops of water (1500 ml).

Caution: When you select the rice porridge program, do not add more water than the
maximum water level mark in the ceramic pot, otherwise it may cause short circuit due to
overboiling. Only use the big outer lid, there is no need to put the inner lid on the pot.
