Replacing the paper filter bag
¾
Insert the connecting sleeve (1)
into the suction connector,
ensuring that it fits tightly
¾
Slide in the connecting sleeve (1)
up to the contact point
¾
Turn the suction connector to the
right so that it forms a tight fit with
the connecting sleeve (1)
Note:
The bayonet joint ensures a proper
fit.
¾
Remove the paper filter bag by
pulling it out towards the rear (1)
¾
Pull the sliding seal (2) upwards,
then remove the paper filter bag,
sealing it tightly at the same time.
(As directed on the filter element
packaging)
¾
Dispose of the used filter element
in a dust-tight, sealed bag in
accordance with legal stipulations.
Cleaning the electrodes
¾
Unlock and remove the suction
head
¾
Clean the electrodes
¾
Replace the suction head and lock
it in place
TROUBLESHOOTING
If a fault occurs (e.g. a torn filter),
the unit must be immediately
switched off.
The fault must be remedied before
restarting.
The suction turbine does not run
•
Check the cable, the plug, the fuse
and the socket.
•
Switch the unit on.
The suction turbine switches off
•
Empty the container.
The suction turbine does not
restart following emptying of the
container
•
Switch the unit off and wait for
5 s, switch it on again after 5 s.
•
Clean the electrodes as well as
the space between them.
The suction power decreases
•
Remove the parts clogging the
suction nozzle, the suction tube,
the Power Filter Clean handle, the
suction hose or the flat pleated
filter.
•
Replace the paper filter bag.
•
Actuate the filter cleaner "Power
Filter Clean" several times at the
handle.
•
Engage the filter cover properly.
•
Replace the flat pleated filter.
Dust is ejected during vacuuming
•
Check the proper mounting
position of the flat pleated filter.
•
Replace the flat pleated filter.
Automatic cut-out (wet
vacuuming) defective
•
Clean the electrodes as well as
the space between them.
•
Constantly check the filling level
when working with an electrical
non-conductive fluid.
Power Filter Clean switches
continuously
•
Detach the blocked suction nozzle
or the end of the hose.
•
Stop continuous vacuuming from
the liquid container and turn
the operation
- Power Filter Clean – off
(see section Wet-Vacuuming).
•
Remove the parts clogging the
suction nozzle, the suction tube,
the Power Filter Clean handle, the
suction hose or the flat pleated
filter.
•
Replace the flat pleated filter.
