Î Remove water connection.
Î Activate hand spray gun until device is
pressure less.
Î Secure the trigger gun. To do so, push
the safety catch towards the front.
Î Allow device to cool down.
our Kärcher vender will inform you
about the performance of a periodic
safety inspection resp. signing of a
maintenance contract.
Î Clean the sieve in the water connection.
Î
Clean the fine filter.
Î Check oil level.
ATTENTION
Risk of damage! In case of lacteous oil inform
Kärcher customer service immediately
Î Clean sieve in the water shortage safe
guard.
Î Clean filter at the detergent suck hose.
Î Oil change.
Î Have the maintenance of the device
performed by the customer service.
Î Perform the pressure test as per manu-
facturer s instructions.
Î Take out sieve.
Î Clean sieve in water and reinstall.
Î Unpressurize the appliance.
Î Unscrew the fine filter from the pump
head.
Î Remove the fine filter and the filter insert.
Î Clean the filter with clean water or com-
pressed air.
Î Reinstall in reverse se uence.
Î Loosen covering nut and take off hose.
Î Take out sieve.
Note: If necessary turn in screw M8 appr.
5 mm inwards and therewith pull out sieve.
Î Clean sieve in water.
Î Push sieve inwards.
Î Put on hose.
Î Tighten covering nut firmly.
Î Take out detergent suck supports.
Î Clean filter in water and reinstall.
Î Ready a catch bin for appr 1 Litre oil.
Î Loosen release screw.
Î Tighten release screw.
Î Fill oil slowly up to the MAX marking.
Note: Air pockets must be able to leak out.
For oil type refer to technical specifica-
tions.
! DANGER
Risk of injury by inadvertent start-up of ap-
pliance and electric shock. Prior to all work
on the appliance, switch off the appliance
and pull the power plug.
– Lack of oil
Î Replenish oil.
– Leak in the high pressure system
Î Check high pressure system and con-
nections for tightness.
– Water shortage
Î Check water supply, check connections.
– Obstructed reed switch in the water
shortage safe guard.
Î Check water shortage safe guard.
