5.4.4. Defining the reporting
parameters
To review results of the check performed by the program you must define
its reporting parameters located in the
[Report]
section of a profile. This
section also allows you to enable/disable additional information in the log.
To create a log file for the program reports:
1. Type
Yes
in the
Report
line.
2. Define the name of your log file in the
ReportFileName
line. The
default value is
report.txt
.
If you prefix the file name with the character "
~
", the file will be
created in your home directory.
To limit the size of your log file:

in the
ReportFileLimit

Define the maximum size (in Kb) in the
ReportFileSize
line.
To append new reports to the contents of the log file,

Append
line. Type

to overwrite the report with the
new one.
To be reported on every examined object,

To define the log file attributes mask,
type the desired mask number in the

To use both the carriage return and the linefeed characters to
separate records in a log file,
