The Daemon parameters and the values are located within a profile defined
in the
DefaultProfile
line of
AvpUnix.ini
(the default profile is
defUnix.prf
).
To edit parameters of the profile defined in the Kaspersky Anti-
Virus for Sun Solaris Mail Server initialization file, follow these
steps:
1. Click
the
default config
hyperlink.
2. Edit the Daemon settings using appropriate hyperlinks in the
window on your screen (for details refer to subchapter 10.7.2).
To edit another profile, follow these steps:
1. Click
the
config
hyperlink.
2. Select the required profile from the drop down list in the
window on your screen and press the
open
button.
3. Edit the daemon settings using appropriate pages in the
window on your screen (for details refer to subchapter 10.7.2).
When you have finished editing the required profile, you can set it as the
default profile for the daemon program.
To launch Daemon,
Click the
run
hyperlink (for details refer to subchapter 10.7.3).
To display the performance report,
Click the
view log
hyperlink (for details refer to subchapter 10.7.4).
Functions of the

and
hide
buttons are similar to those
described in subchapter 10.5.
