Starting the daemon process for the second (third, fourth…) time
In this case the
Daemon starter
window (see Figure 33) on your screen
contains information about the existing daemon process:
•
Pid –
the daemon process identification number.
•
Socket directory name –
path to the directory with the socket
file supporting communication between Daemon and client
programs.
•
Connection status –
the status of connection with this socket.
There are two status types:
•
OK
– successfully connected.
•
Failed
– failed to connect.
