Toutefois, tout évènement portant atteinte à la structure et ne résultant pas d’un vice
de fabrication garantie, qui aurait donné lieu ou non à réparation de la coque ou du pont,
emporte annulation sans préjudice et sans délai de cette garantie.
Le délai commence à courir à partir de la première mise en service du bateau et au
plus tard du dernier jour de l’année de son millésime, soit le 31 août de ladite année.
Cette garantie est strictement limitée à la réparation gratuite des vices de fabrication
en nos usines ou par un atelier ou chantier habilité par nous et ce sans indemnité d’aucune
sorte.
Article 4
Sont notamment exclus de la garantie précisée aux articles 1 et 2 ci-dessus :
- les frais de transport du bateau et de toute pièce ainsi que les frais et/ou dommages
éventuels consécutifs à l’impossibilité d’utilisation du bateau et/ou du matériel, qui sont à
la charge de l’acheteur,
- les détériorations ou avaries énumérées ci-après ainsi que leurs conséquences :
• l’usure normale,
• les fissures, craquelures ou décoloration du gel-coat,
However, any incident (affecting the structure and not resulting from a manufacturing
defect covered under the Conditions of Warranty), whether or not resulting in the repair of
the deck or hull, shall effectively cancel immediately without prejudice all terms and Conditions
of Warranty.
The Warranty Period shall start from the date of the first commissioning into service
of the Boat, and at the latest from the last day of the model year in which the Boat was built,
i.e. the 31st of August of sail year.
This Warranty is strictly limited to the free repair of the manufacturing defects either
in our yard or by a repair shop or shipyard chosen by our company. No compensation
whatsoever shall be paid in this respect.
Article 4
The following items are excluded from the Terms of Warranty as stated in Articles
1 and 2 above :
- all carriage and transportation-related expenses including parts as well expenses
and/or possible losses resulting from the inability to use the Boat and/or accessories, shall
be born by the Purchaser/User.
- the wear and damages hereinafter listed as well as their consequences :
• Normal wear and tear,
• Cracks, craking, or fading of the gel coat,

Sin embargo, cualquier tipo de acontecimiento causando perjudicio y que no
resulta de un vicio de fabricación garantizada, que habría desembocado o no en la repa-
ración del casco o del puente, anula sin perjudicio y sin plazo esta garantía.
El plazo de la garantía se hace vigente a partir de la primera puesta en servicio
del barco y lo más tarde a partir del último día del año cuando se construyó el barco, o sea
el 31 de agosto de susodicho año. Esta garantía se limita exclusivamente a la reparación
gratuita de los vicios de fabricación en nuestras fábricas o en un taller o astillero acordado
por nosotros y eso sin ninguna clase de indemnización.
Artículo 4
Están excluidos de los términos de la garantía presentados en los artículos 1 y 2
más arriba:
- los gastos de transporte del barco y de cualquiera pieza así como los gastos y/o
daños posibles resultantes de la imposibilidad de uso del barco y/o del material, que son
a cargo del comprador.
- los deterioros o defectos enumerados más abajo así como sus consecuencias
•el deterioro normal,
• hendiduras, resquebrajaduras o descoloramiento del gel-coat,
