Article 2

La garantie est valable 12 mois à dater du jour de la livraison du bateau au premier

acheteur-utilisateur, et est strictement limitée, au choix du constructeur, au remplacement

ou à la réparation gratuite de toutes les pièces reconnues défectueuses par les services techniques

de ce dernier, et ce, sans indemnité d’aucune sorte.

Pour les organes et accessoires qui portent visiblement la marque d’un autre fournisseur,

la garantie est limitée à la garantie offerte par ce fournisseur.

Article 3

A l’exception des prototypes, des bateaux RIGIFLEX, des bateaux exploités à titre

professionnel ou spécialement conçus et/ou équipés pour la course, qui ne bénéficient d’aucune

autre garantie contractuelle que celle précisée à l’article 2 ci-dessus, la structure de la coque,

du pont et de la liaison entre ces éléments et celle de la quille à la coque, est garantie, contre

tous vices de fabrication reconnus par les services techniques des CHANTIERS JEANNEAU,

pendant une durée de 5 ans pour les voiliers monocoques et de 3 ans pour les bateaux à

moteur et les voiliers multicoques.

Article 2

The Warranty is valid for a duration of 12 months from the date of delivery of the

Boat to the first Purchaser-User ; it is strictly limited, as the Manufacturer chooses, to the

replacement or free repair of any part that has been deemed to be defective by the technical

specialists of the latter. No compensation whatsoever shall be paid in connection thereto.

As for components and accessories which bear the trademark of another Supplier,

the Warranty shall be limited to the Warranty provided by said Supplier.

Article 3

With the exception of any prototype and RIGIFLEX boats, and boats used for com-

mercial purposes, or boats specifically designed and/or equiped for racing, which have as

a contractual Warranty only that which is indicated in Article 2 above, the structure of the

hull, the deck, and the hull-to-deck joint, and the keel-to-hull joint is warranted against all

defects in material and workmanship identified by the technical specialist at CHANTIERS

JEANNEAU for a period of 5 (five) years for monoihull sailboats, and period of 3 (three)

years for motorboats and multihull sailboats.

Artículo 2

La garantía toma efecto 12 meses a partir del día de entrega del barco al primer

comprador-utilizador. Se limita estrictamente, según la elección del constructor, en la

sustitución o en la reparación gratuita de todas las piezas reconocidas defectuosas por

los servicios técnicos de éste, y eso, sin indemnización alguna.

Para los órganos y accesorios que llevan de manera patente el sello de otro pro-

veedor, la garantía se limita a la garantía ofrecida por este proveedor.

Artículo 3

Con excepción de los protótipos, de los barcos RIGIFLEX, de los barcos utili-

zados para actividades profesionales o especialmente concebidos y/o equipados para la

carrera, que no tienen ninguna otra garantía contractual salvo la que esta mencionada en

el artículo 2 más arriba, la estructura del casco, del puente y de la ligazón entre estos ele-

mentos y la de la  quilla-casco, está garantizada, contra todos los vicios de fabricación

reconocidos por los servicios técnicos de CHANTIERS JEANNEAU, mientras un periodo

de 5 años para los veleros monocascos y 3 años para los barcos de motor y los veleros multi

cascos.
