5 If you need to specify other settings for the test, use the
left and right arrow keys to go to the appropriate configu-
ration menu; otherwise, press the Home button to return
to the Summary Results screen.
The unit is configured to analyze received traffic satisfying the
layer 2 filter criteria.
Encapsulation

To analyze frames
that are not tagged,
select None.

To analyze VLAN
tagged frames, select
VLAN, and then spec-
ify the VLAN Tag and
User Priority for the
tagged frames.
–
To analyze Q-in-Q
tagged frames, select
Q-in-Q, and then
specify the CVLAN
Tag and User Priority,
and the SVLAN set-
tings for the tagged
frames.
–
If you do not want to
filter frames based on
their tagged status,
select Don’t Care.

When running layer 3 IP tests, you can also specify layer 3
filter criteria (see

). When running layer 4 TCP/UDP tests,
you can specify layer 2, layer 3, and layer 4 filter criteria

).
