MAIN COMPONENTS OF SPRAYER
Your sprayer may be equipped with Jacto VAR or Masterflow control valve. Identify it in the
drawings below and proceed as directed.

MASTERFLOW
V.A.R. CONTROL VALVE (CONDOR: M-12/75 / S-12/75 / EM/75 / S-EM/75 / 800 B-12/75 / BX-
12-75)
This is a two-stage pressure regulator that provides greater sensibility in the calibrations.
The first stage is for calibrations from 0.7 to 4.2 kg/cm² (10 to 60 psi), usually used in herbicides
applications. To avoid misreading, the pressure gauge has both high and low pressure reference
scale.

ATTENTION
In order to ensure long life of the pressure gauge, close lever (1) after regulating the sprayer, thus
releasing the pressure, and close the pressure gauge valve.
NOTE:
The scale on the cylinder body is to be used as reference for calibration of the sprayer.
It does not have the same function of the pressure gauge, which indicates the spraying pressure.
PRESSURE REGULATOR
MASTERFLOW CONTROL VALVE (CONDOR BX-12/75 MF / PJ-600 BX-10 MF)
This is a regulator that provides great sensitiveness and precision in the calibrations.
It has two basic functional characteristics in relation to conventional control valves.
1) FLOW PROPORTIONAL TO TRAVEL (Proportional Debit)
Even if the tractor's rpm fluctuates in a same working gear, it keeps the same spray volume per
treated area.
2) CONSTANT PRESSURE ALONG THE WHOLE BOOM INDEPENDENT OF THE NUMBER OF
SECTIONS IN USE (Calibrated Return)
It has a system that allows to calibrate the return of each boom section, thus keeping the same
working pressure in all sections, independent of the number of open or closed sections.
