MAIN COMPONENTS OF SPRAYER
LINE FILTER (OPTIONAL)
JACTO also offers line filters for the spray circuit of boom sprayer. For each boom section there
is a filter to be assembled on the pressure line.
This filter has 80-mesh screen and optimize the filtration to the nozzles.
To match some sprayers already being used, some kits have been made which are specific to
each product line:

NOTE:

The low pressure gauge kit was
designed for checking the actual pressure
on nozzles.
It can be installed on the sprayers
assembled with both universal nozzle caps
and fittings and complex nozzle bodies,
such as double and quadruple outlet units.
LOW PRESSURE GAUGE KIT (OPTIONAL)
ATTENTION:
Clean the filter whenever necessary or filling the sprayer tank.
Do not exceed the maximum recommended pressure (150 psi).
GENERAL CARE WITH THE LOW PRESSURE GAUGE KIT
The maximum pressure of this kit is
100 psi
.
The pressure regulators of sprayers can easily reach above 100 psi pressures, what
candamage the pressure gauges.
To ensure longer life of the pressure gauge,close the valve after regulating the sprayer.
ASSEMBLY PROCEDURES
For the proper assembly of filters on the sprayers, the pressure hose must be connected
oriented by the arrow on the filter body.
