V.A.R. CONTROL VALVE
CONDOR: M-12/75 / S-12/75 / 800 B-12/75 / EM/75 / S-EM/75 / BX-12/75
This is a two-stage pressure regulator which provides great sensitiveness in the calibrations.
The first stage is for calibration from 0.7 to 4.2 kg/cm² (10 to 60 psi), normally used for spraying
herbicides. To prevent failures when reading the pressure gauge, this has an extended scale to
provide great sensitiveness in both high and low pressure calibrations.
ATTENTION
In order to ensure long life of the pressure gauge, close lever (1) after calibrating the sprayer, thus
releasing the pressure, and close the pressure gauge valve.

NOTE:
The scale is a reference for calibrating the sprayer. It does not have the same function of
the pressure gauge which shows the pressure in the spray band.
REGULATING THE PRESSURE
1. Run the tractor PTO and gradually accelerate until reaching 540 rpm.
2. Set the lever (1) to the open position (for the booms).
3. Set the lever (2) to the open position (both sides).
4. Turn the knob until obtaining the desired pressure. Clockwise to increase pressure,
counterclockwise to decrease pressure.
5. After regulating the pressure, set the lever (1) to the close position, and close the pressure
gauge valve.
