In combination with one of the following phones:
Open Phone 6771 / 6773 / 6775 including IP (previous name: Open Phone 71/73/75
including IP)
Aastra 6739i
Aastra 7434 / 7444 IP
Connection:
1.
Plug the 1-sided end of the DHSG cable marked blue into the socket of the phone marked
with a “headset” symbol.
2.
Plug the other end of the cable into the sockets marked with a “phone” and "AUX".
Now you can setup the headset for your phone with the automatic or manual configuration.
Automatic configuration:
To start the automatic configuration, please let someone call you on this phone; wait at least 10
seconds before you pick up the phone. Now the appropriate EHS mode should be set up.
If the automatic configuration does not work, please select the DHSG mode manually.
Base setup :
Set the phone setup switch to position "A".
Microphone volume setting:
Put on the headset and call a colleague, for example. Now you can select the desired microphone
volume using the
+
/
-
button.
Phone setup:
6771 / old Open Phone 71 > User> Settings > Audio > Headset ON
