Editing Milling Jobs

NOTICE! Tools are the wrong way around or have been inserted with the wrong ring.

Damage to the device.

Damaged tools.



Insert the tools into the tool holder according to the instructions.



Do not insert with force.

If the tool wobbles in the slot, this is an indication that the tool has been inserted incorrectly.
Check the installation of the tool.

Insert the tool as shown with the cutting
edge pointing downwards into the tool
holder so that the upper ring on the tool
shaft locks into the tool holder.

The tool clicks securely into place in the
tool holder.

On the tool holder there is an arrow to show the correct direction of insertion for the tool
holder in the loading aid.

Insert the tool holder with tool in
position into the loading aid according
to the specified insertion direction (1).

Place the tool holder into the loading
aid (2).

Press the lever on the loading aid
upwards until a resistance is felt. Push
gently until the tool holder clicks into
place.

The tool holder with the inserted tool is
transferred to the material and tool
changer.
