5.6 Connecting the tablet and PrograMill One
At the initial start-up of the [PrograMill One] app, the menu [Auto-Connect] will be
automatically shown on the tablet or other mobile device, in order to set the first connection
between the app and PrograMill One in the local network.
At a later stage, other PrograMill One units, which are also connected to the local network, can
be connected to the app via [Service - Settings - Scan for machines] (with CAD integrated
systems, this function may differ).
The initial start-up procedure and the procedure to change devices is identical.

The tablet and PrograMill One are switched on (“Switching on PrograMill One (for the first
time)”, page 39).

The tablet and PrograMill One are logged in to the same network.
1. When using your mobile device for the
first time: Start the [PrograMill One] app
(“Switching on the tablet”, page 39).
The menu [Auto-Connect] is shown
automatically.

If you would like to connect a different
PrograMill One device to the app than
the device currently connected: Select
[Service - Settings - Scan for machines] in
the menu.
The network will scan for available
devices.
After successful scanning, a list of all
available devices will be shown.
2. Tap on the device to confirm which one it is that you would like connect to the app.
3. Tap on [Connect].

The tablet and PrograMill One are connected to one another.
