7.3 Preparing
milling
jobs
The tablet and PrograMill One are switched on (“Switching on PrograMill One (for the first
time)”, page 39).
The tablet and PrograMill One are logged in to the same network.
Milling jobs have been defined in the Ivoclar Digital system solution and transferred to
PrograMill One.
You can either use PrograMill One with the Wizard in the main menu [ToDo] to prepare the
device for processing milling jobs, or insert the tools and blocks independently in the main
menu [Service].
The options will be described below.
7.3.1 Inserting
tools
Observe the list of tools required for the different material types in section “Approved tools
for glass-ceramic / composite blocks”, page 139.
You can either insert tools with the help of the Wizard in the main menu [ToDo] or, as an
advanced user, insert tools independently into the material and tool changer via the main
menu [Service].
In the menu [ToDo] only the tools which are required for the milling jobs will be displayed. In
the menu [Service - Tools] you have access to all tool holders.
The options will be described below.
The illustrations of the tool holders in these Operating Instructions may differ slightly from the
actual tool holders.
