6.4.6 Remove the impeller (3700/3710)
CAUTION:
Risk of physical injury from sharp edges. Wear heavy work gloves when handling impellers.
1.
Loosen the set screw at the end of the impeller nut.
2.
Loosen and remove the impeller nut.
The impeller nut has left-hand threads.

Pull the impeller from the shaft.
Use a spanning-type puller if required.
4.
Remove the impeller key.
Save the key for reassembly unless it is damaged.
