Troubleshooting
When errors occur, try to recover normal operations by using the following troubleshooting chart.

Label printing is not possible because the number
of entered characters is too great for the set label.
Press the CLEAR key to return to the previous
screen and try to enter data again.
Replace with a new roll of labels. Press the
CLEAR key to return to the previous screen.
The label size may be different from the
predetermined size. Press the CLEAR key to
return to the previous screen. Confirm the label
size and replace if necessary.
Press the CLEAR key to return to the previous
screen. Try to enter the special price again.
Contact the service engineer.
The scale reading was not stable when power
was turned on, or some item was left on the weigh
platter.
Remove any items left on the weigh platter.
Description
Too many characters.
POP message is too long.
Extra message is too long.
Store name/address is too long.
Out of labels.
Label size error.
Entered special price is equal to
or over the preset price.
