How to Create/Edit Text

Make sure that the BC-3000 is in the Text
Editing mode.

Select the desired character size.
•• Press the SIZE key, and the size indicator
will light.
•• Press the UP or DOWN key to select the
desired character size.
Ex.
Size 3

Enter the desired text on the 1st line.
Ex. FILET MIGNON

Press the NEW LINE Key.
•
Select the desired character size by pressing
the UP or DOWN key.
Ex.
Size 2

Enter the desired text on the 2nd line.
Ex. ((BEEF))
•
Press the ENTER key.

Press the PRINT key to confirm the entered
text.
