Disassembly and Assembly of Compressor
Remark : Make sure there isn’t any refrigerant in pipe system and the power supply is cut off before
removal of the compressor..
Step Illustration Handling Instruction
1. Disassembly of power
supply wire
Loose the fixing screws for
power supply wire.
Pull away the power
supply wire.
Attention: During removal
of the power supply wire,
mark wire color with the
corresponding joint number
in case of wrong connection.
2. Disassembly of fixing
nuts on compressor
Disassemble fixing nuts on
compressor with wrench.
3. Disassembly of suction
and discharge pipe
Heat the suction and
discharge pipe with gas
welding before removing
compressor.
Provide nitrogen
protection during gas
welding and the nitrogen
pressure should be
0.5±0.1kgf/cm
2

pressure

Please pay attention to
heating in case that
surrounding materials
should be burnt by high
temperature.
